Our production
We make it ourselves. From mould to jar.
The Jar Factory is the online shop of IIP in Wichelen. Whatever you order here, we injection mould in our own workshop, on our own machines, with our own team. Since 1973.

Our machinery
HDPE bottles from 50 to 750 ml
Made entirely in-house, in small quantities or full loads.
CNC milling machine and CNC lathe
Modern CNC-controlled DMG Mori machines, programmed with Mastercam and Fusion 360. We mill and turn mould parts, adapt moulds and build custom moulds for customer projects.
Metallic line and hot-foil stamping
Lids with a silver or gold line, made to order in our own workshop.
From machine to packaging
From injection moulding machine to packed jar
Our jars come straight from the injection moulding machine. Robots take them out of the mould, automatic machines assemble and finish them in our own workshop. That keeps quality and lead times in our own hands.
Moulds
Honest about our moulds
A mould is only good if it keeps running.
We have part of our moulds built by specialist mould makers in China. That keeps the investment, and so the price per piece, affordable for you.
But repairs, maintenance and modifications we do ourselves, in our own workshop in Wichelen. If something breaks or a part wears, we don't wait for a supplier on the other side of the world. We also build custom moulds ourselves for customer projects.
More than fifty years of injection moulding experience goes into every mould that runs here.
