White and black are the standard colours. All other colours are possible from 10,000 pieces (15, 30 and 50 ml) and from 5,000 pieces (100 and 250 ml).

No samples of the chosen colour can be sent. The colour is matched as closely as possible and may always differ from what is shown on screen.

    Tips for your label
    • Front label (120°): design a rectangle of the dimensions shown. No distortion is needed.
    • Label around the whole jar: design in the rectangular area of the template with horizontal text. For printing it is distorted to the curved die line (conical warp, for example Envelope Distort in Illustrator, or by the printer). A straight-cut label wrinkles or leaves a gap.
    • Keep text and logo 3 mm from the edge and let the background run to the 2 mm bleed.
    • Load a PNG, JPG or WEBP here, preferably at least 300 dpi at actual size. We will discuss the print-ready file after your request.
    • Work in CMYK. Pantone colours and metallic foil are possible, but make printing more expensive and lead time longer.
    • The seam is where the two ends of the label meet. Put the seam at the back of the jar and keep barcodes and QR codes off the seam: there the code is interrupted or the label overlaps.
    • A transparent label takes on the colour of the jar: make sure there is enough contrast between text and jar colour, or give the label a solid background.

      Tips for the cover label
      • Design in a square file: only the circle in the middle goes on the cover, the corners stay empty.
      • The top of the cover is flat: no distortion is needed. Keep text and logo 3 mm from the edge.
      • The same rules as for the label around the jar: at least 300 dpi at actual size, CMYK, 2 mm bleed.

      Curved or straight label?

      An Evyta is slightly conical: the jar is a little wider at the top than at the bottom. A label that follows that shape fits neatly; a straight label does not. The images use the green sample label.

      The print file has the curved shape of the die line (the red line). Around the jar the ends face each other in parallel, with the same gap of a few millimetres all along.

      A straight label has the same length everywhere, but the jar has a larger circumference at the top. The gap therefore widens towards the top: a wedge (about 3 mm extra on a 30 ml).

      You may upload either version. Always leave a gap of a few millimetres (3 mm) between the ends at the seam: a label covering the full circumference will not fit. We straighten a curved print file with die line for the 3D view; for production we use your original.
