Business orders

The Jarfactory supplies businesses and professional customers only. Small quantities and samples are also available for business use.

Prices and VAT

All product prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT, shipping and the total are shown before payment. Without a valid EU VAT number, we charge applicable VAT. No VAT is charged on an intra-EU supply with a valid EU VAT number when the exemption conditions are met.

Payment and delivery

Payment is in advance by bank transfer or an available online payment method. Dispatch follows the agreed availability and delivery schedule. Collection and customer-arranged transport are possible by appointment. Different arrangements apply only if confirmed by us in writing.

Returns and custom products

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. Returns and cancellations require our written agreement. For custom work, such as foil printing, we agree the specification and any cancellation costs in advance. Your rights in case of an incorrect or defective delivery remain unaffected; please contact us.
