Data and purposes
We process business and contact details, addresses, VAT and registration numbers, orders, invoices, payment status, correspondence and technical visit and security data. Purposes include quotations, order fulfilment and follow-up, delivery, billing, customer service, statutory administration and security. Required order fields are necessary to process your order.
Legal bases
Quotations and purchases rely on precontractual steps and performance of a contract. Accounting and tax checks rely on legal obligations. Business contact management, fraud prevention, dispute handling and security rely where appropriate on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Where consent is required, we request it separately; purchasing is not blanket marketing consent.
Providers and recipients
Odoo supplies the webshop and administration system; Mollie processes online payments when selected. Carriers such as GLS receive delivery data. Authorised staff, administrative advisers and legally competent authorities access only necessary data. VIES checks supplied EU VAT numbers. We do not sell your data. Google Analytics and WebwinkelKeur are not used for this webshop.
International processing
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, lawful transfer grounds and safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention
Order, invoice and evidence records are kept for applicable accounting and tax retention duties and, where necessary, claims handling. Contact details are kept while the business relationship or outstanding enquiry requires them. Technical data is limited to what operation, security and incident investigation require. Criteria include purpose, statutory periods and pending disputes; afterwards we delete or anonymise where possible.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and direct marketing. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Legal retention duties may prevent some requests being granted. We normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at www.dataprotectionauthority.be, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Security and changes
We restrict access and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. This notice concerns the current webshop. Relevant changes are published with a new date; where required we inform you before a new purpose is introduced.
